These terms govern your use of the obsrv platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

obsrv provides an observability platform for AI runtimes including SDKs, an ingest API, a dashboard, and supporting services. We may update the service over time.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of API keys and account credentials. You must use the service in compliance with applicable law and the acceptable use policy below.

Customer data

You retain all rights in trace data and artifacts you submit. You grant obsrv a limited license to host, process, and serve that data for the purpose of providing the service.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to violate the law, infringe on third parties, or attack the service or its users. We may suspend accounts that pose an active risk to the platform or other customers.

Fees

Fees and current usage rates are documented in your account dashboard and on your order form. Fees are billed monthly in arrears against measured usage.

Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. On termination, your trace data is deleted within 30 days unless you request earlier deletion.
